In 2002, cci decided to enter the graphics market and performed extensive research in the coatings area. During this research, it was determined our focus needed to be on low odor and low migrant eb and uv technologies for the folding carton and flexible packaging markets.

After more than a year of thorough r&d, ultraclean eblo-1007, our first graphics coating, was introduced to the market. It has been a tremendous success. This coating has been through extensive testing at rutgers university and has had migrant results as low as 10 ppb. Of course, these results will vary based upon press conditions, inks, substrates, etc.

In 2006 we installed our own glass line reactor to give us the capabilities to produce our own monomers and pasticizers. OEM Service:
